Many people are familiar with Hampton Beach in the summer and all the components that go with it: crowds, hot sand, and overpriced food. Early spring offers a side of Hampton that is peaceful and serene. It may be cold and the water frigid but the beach is wide open for exploration.

Last Thursday at 9 p.m. Student Activities & Multicultural Affairs, with the help of UberDuzi.com, hosted a free advanced screening of Greg Mottola’s Adventureland. Student Activities organized the screening while UberDuzi.com provided the movie. Throughout the screening free popcorn was provided by the Formula SAE Team.

Most band documentary videos tend to put emphasis on the achievements and triumphs of the bands, rubbing their egos ever so nicely. The Rock band, Phish’s 2000 “Bittersweet Motel” DVD directed by Todd Phillips, gives it’s viewers a different approach, acting as more of a means of enlightenment.

Walking through aisle after aisle of affordable goods at the Wal-Mart in Chelmsford near South Campus can make one get a pretty hefty appetite. However, directly in the shadows of the retail behemoth stood only Panera Bread to satisfy that insatiable hunger. However, those not looking for soup and a panini sandwich have something new to explore in the Mexican fare at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Drum Hill just a couple doors down from Panera.
