The characters became more real, as their dichotomy personalities began to show. The reader got to know Eragon and his cousin Roran on a much deeper level. Even Saphira got a few chapters written from her point of view, which were fascinating.

UML gallery hosts short story

A jumbled collection of nouns may sound like nonsense but this creativity is on display in UMass Lowell’s gallery. Artist Timothy Ering has graced McGauvran’s ground floor gallery with the children’s story Frog Belly Rat Bone. Enlarged illustrations and sculptures of important images seen throughout the book are free for all to see. The story is of a boy on a hunt who creates the creature Frog Belly Rat Bone to protect the treasure from creatures looking to steal it.
